Account Settings

Configure your account settings, security options, and personal preferences.

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Update your profile:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Edit your information:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Profile picture
  3. Click Save Changes

Company Information

Configure your company details (used in emails):

  • Company name
  • Company website
  • Company address
  • Industry
  • Company size

Email Signature

Create your default email signature:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Find Email Signature section
  3. Create your signature using the editor
  4. Preview and save

Signature is automatically added to generated emails.

Security Settings

Password

Change your password:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password (twice)
  5. Click Update Password

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA for extra security:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes securely

Supported Apps:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Authy
  • 1Password
  • Microsoft Authenticator

Active Sessions

View and manage login sessions:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. View Active Sessions
  3. See device, location, and time
  4. Click Revoke to end a session

Login History

Review recent login activity:

  • Date and time
  • IP address
  • Device/browser
  • Location (approximate)

API Keys

Managing API Keys

For programmatic access:

  1. Go to Settings > API Keys
  2. Click Create API Key
  3. Name your key
  4. Set permissions
  5. Copy and store securely

Key Permissions:

  • Read campaigns
  • Write campaigns
  • Read leads
  • Write leads
  • Send emails

API Key Security

  • Keys shown only once at creation
  • Rotate keys regularly
  • Use minimal required permissions
  • Delete unused keys

Rate Limits

API rate limits by plan:

Email Notifications

Configure which emails you receive:

Campaign Notifications:

  • Campaign completed
  • Campaign errors
  • Low credits warning

Lead Notifications:

  • New responses received
  • Meeting booked
  • High-value lead discovered

Account Notifications:

  • Billing reminders
  • Security alerts
  • Product updates

In-App Notifications

Configure dashboard notifications:

  • Real-time job progress
  • New replies
  • System alerts

Integration Settings

Connected Services

View connected integrations:

  • Email accounts (Gmail, Outlook)
  • Calendar integrations
  • CRM connections (if applicable)

Webhooks

Set up webhooks for external integrations:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Add Webhook
  3. Enter webhook URL
  4. Select events to trigger
  5. Save and test

Available Events:

  • Lead discovered
  • Lead qualified
  • Email sent
  • Reply received
  • Meeting booked

Data & Privacy

Export Your Data

Request a data export:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy
  2. Click Export Data
  3. Select data types
  4. Receive download link via email

Delete Account

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Confirm by typing "DELETE"
  4. Account scheduled for deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent after 30-day grace period.

Team Settings

Team Members

Manage team access (Professional+):

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. View current members
  3. Invite new members
  4. Set roles and permissions

Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full access, billing
Admin Full access, no billing
Member Create/manage campaigns
Viewer Read-only access

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role
  4. Send invitation
  5. User receives email to join

Preferences

Language

Set your preferred language:

  • English
  • Romanian

Timezone

Configure your timezone for:

  • Scheduled sending
  • Analytics reports
  • Activity timestamps

Date Format

Choose date display format:

  • MM/DD/YYYY
  • DD/MM/YYYY
  • YYYY-MM-DD

Troubleshooting

Can't Change Email

If you need to change your login email:

  1. Contact support
  2. Verify your identity
  3. Support will assist with change

Lost 2FA Access

If you lose your authenticator:

  1. Use backup codes (if saved)
  2. Contact support with identity verification
  3. 2FA will be reset after verification

Password Reset

If you forgot your password:

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check email for reset link
  5. Create new password
