What We Track

Email Opens

Detect when recipients open your emails:

  • First open timestamp
  • Total open count
  • Device/client information (when available)

Track clicks on links in your emails:

  • Which links were clicked
  • Click timestamp
  • Click count per link

Replies

Automatically detect and capture replies:

  • Reply received timestamp
  • Reply content captured
  • Thread maintained for conversation

Bounces

Track delivery failures:

  • Hard bounces (invalid addresses)
  • Soft bounces (temporary failures)
  • Bounce reason when available

Email Statuses

Emails progress through these statuses:

Status Description
Draft Created but not sent
Generating AI is creating content
Generated Ready to send
Scheduled Queued for sending
Sent Successfully delivered to mail server
Delivered Confirmed delivery
Opened Recipient opened the email
Clicked Recipient clicked a link
Replied Recipient replied
Bounced Delivery failed
Failed Sending error occurred

Viewing Tracking Data

Campaign Emails View

Navigate to your campaign's Emails tab to see:

  • All emails for the campaign
  • Status of each email
  • Open/click/reply indicators
  • Filter by status

Email Details

Click any email to view:

  • Full email content
  • Sending details (from, to, subject)
  • Tracking events timeline
  • Reply thread (if any)

See chronological events:

Reply Management

Viewing Replies

When a lead replies:

  1. Email status updates to "Replied"
  2. Lead status updates to "Responded"
  3. Reply appears in thread view
  4. Notification sent (if enabled)

Conversation Threads

View complete conversation threads:

  • All emails sent to the lead
  • All replies received
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Thread organized chronologically

Reply Handling

Handle replies in Prometheo:

  1. View reply in the platform
  2. Reply directly from your connected email
  3. Track continued conversation
  4. Update lead status as needed
