Follow-up Sequences

Set up automated follow-up email sequences for non-responders

Follow-up Sequences

Automate follow-up emails to increase response rates. Most deals are won through persistent, thoughtful follow-up.

Why Follow-Up Matters

Statistics show:

  • 80% of sales require 5+ follow-ups
  • Most people stop after 1-2 attempts
  • Follow-up emails often have higher response rates
  • Persistence demonstrates commitment

How Sequences Work

Sequence Flow

Initial Email Sent
       ↓
Wait Period (e.g., 3 days)
       ↓
No Reply? → Send Follow-up #1
       ↓
Wait Period (e.g., 5 days)
       ↓
No Reply? → Send Follow-up #2
       ↓
... continue sequence ...

Automatic Stopping

Sequences automatically stop when:

  • Lead replies to any email
  • Lead books a meeting
  • Lead opts out
  • You manually stop the sequence
  • Maximum follow-ups reached
