See all active follow-up sequences:
- Go to campaign emails view
- Filter by "In Sequence"
- View scheduled follow-ups
- See sequence position for each lead
Pausing Sequences
Pause follow-ups for specific leads:
- Find the lead or email
- Click Pause Sequence
- Sequence stops; can be resumed later
Resuming Sequences
Resume a paused sequence:
- Find the paused lead
- Click Resume Sequence
- Next follow-up scheduled based on current position
Stopping Sequences
Permanently stop a sequence:
- Find the lead
- Click Stop Sequence
- No more follow-ups will be sent

Configure timing between emails:
- Business days only - Skip weekends
- Calendar days - Include all days
- Specific hours - Send at optimal times
Conditions
Add conditions to follow-ups:
- Only if no opens on previous email
