Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. See current plan details
  3. View credit usage
  4. Check billing cycle

Changing Plans

Upgrading:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Confirm changes
  5. Prorated billing applied

Downgrading:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Change effective at billing cycle end

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Provide feedback (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation
  5. Access continues until period ends

Credits

Credit Balance

View your credits:

  1. Dashboard shows current balance
  2. Settings > Subscription for details
  3. Credit usage history available

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Buy Credits
  3. Select credit package
  4. Complete purchase
  5. Credits added immediately

What happens when I run out of credits?

Active campaigns pause until credits are renewed or purchased. No data is lost.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits included with subscription reset monthly. Purchased credits don't expire while subscribed.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, new accounts receive a free trial period to test the platform.

What's the refund policy?
