Campaigns are the core of Prometheo. This guide walks you through creating your first campaign.
Campaign Types
Prometheo supports three types of campaigns:
Local Search Campaigns
Find businesses based on geographic location. Perfect for:
- Local service providers
- Regional sales teams
- Location-specific offerings
Search Parameters:
- Location (city, region, or coordinates)
- Search query (e.g., "restaurants", "law firms")
- Minimum rating filter
- Minimum reviews filter
Industry Search Campaigns
Discover companies within specific industries. Ideal for:
- B2B software companies
- Industry-specific services
- Vertical market targeting
Search Parameters:
- Industry or sector
- Company size range
- Geographic region (optional)
Competitor Search Campaigns
Find businesses similar to known competitors. Great for:
- Competitive displacement
- Market expansion
- Similar audience targeting
Search Parameters:
- Competitor websites or names
- Industry filters
- Location constraints (optional)
Creating a Campaign
Step 1: Basic Information
Start by providing:
- Campaign Name - A descriptive name for your reference
- Campaign Type - Select Local, Industry, or Competitor search
- Description (optional) - Notes about the campaign purpose
Step 2: Search Parameters
Configure your search criteria based on campaign type:
For Local Search:
Location: "New York, NY"
Query: "marketing agencies"
Minimum Rating: 4.0
Minimum Reviews: 10
For Industry Search:
Industry: "SaaS"
Company Size: "10-50 employees"
Region: "United States"
Step 3: Qualification Criteria
Define what makes a lead qualified:
- Minimum Rating - Filter by business rating
- Minimum Reviews - Ensure established businesses
- Required Industries - Include specific sectors
- Excluded Industries - Skip certain sectors
- Company Size - Target specific employee ranges
- Must Have Email - Only include leads with contact emails
Step 4: Email Configuration
Set up your outreach emails:
- Sender Account - Select which connected email account to use
- Sender Name - How your name appears to recipients
- Email Subject Template - Subject line (supports variables)
- Email Body Template - Message content (supports variables)
- Signature - Your email signature
Available Variables:

Step 5: Automation Settings
Configure automation behavior:
- Auto-send emails - Automatically send generated emails
- Daily sending limit - Maximum emails per day
- Sending schedule - Business hours only, specific days
- Follow-up enabled - Enable automatic follow-ups
Step 6: Review & Create
Review all settings before creating:
- Verify search parameters
- Confirm qualification criteria
- Check email templates
- Review automation settings
Click Create Campaign to save.
After Creating
Once your campaign is created:
- Add Leads - Click "Add Leads" to start discovery
- Monitor Progress - Watch the real-time progress bar
- Review Leads - Check discovered leads quality
- Generate Emails - Create personalized emails
- Send Outreach - Start your email campaign
